About

Christopher Arce, LPC- Associate
Supervised by Angelica Noel, LPC-S

I believe that life can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Whether you’re navigating life after college, changes in your career, relationship struggles, or simply trying to figure out what comes next, it can be difficult to know where to start. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and feel heard without judgment.

My goal is to create a safe, open environment where you can express yourself freely, feel truly heard, and begin to rebuild your confidence and sturdiness. I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy for adolescents, college students, and adults. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, relational challenges, or patterns of avoidance, I’m here to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, find clarity, and build resilience.

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, and my experience includes working with clients in private practice as well as in higher levels of care, including Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient settings.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I meet you where you are, helping you explore your thoughts and emotions, identify patterns, and develop strategies to move forward with clarity and purpose. I draw from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, tailoring our work to your needs and goals.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes, you just need a place to start.
